This course provides an in-depth review of changes to existing Georgia Association of REALTORS® forms, along with an introduction to newly added forms and special stipulations for the coming year. Designed to strengthen your understanding and proper use of GAR forms in compliance with licensing requirements, this class is approved for 3 hours of CE credit through GAR and applies to both Real Estate Licensees and Real Estate Instructors. The course is Broker Certified and will be taught by Judge D. Parker. Registration is required, as no walk-ins will be accepted. The class is free for GRBOR members and $40 for non-members.
