Market Summary 📊

October remained active in Pickens County with 114 new listings, up 39% from last year, giving buyers more options. Sales slowed, with only 35 homes sold, down 37.5% year over year and 38.6% from last month.

Prices stayed strong, with a median sale price of $425,000 and an average of $491,500, both up from last year but slightly lower than September.

Inventory rose to 312 active listings, bringing months of supply to 6.8, a sign of a more balanced market heading into winter.
