The July 2025 housing market in Floyd County showed softer activity overall. Sales volume totaled $24.6M, down 15.6% from last year and 7.1% from June.
Units sold fell 6.9% year-over-year to 95 but inched up 1.1% from last month.
The median sales price slipped to $245,000, down 1.3% from last year and 2% from June. New listings rose 47.2% to 184, while active listings climbed 51.4% to 442.
